There are things that any of us can have. When we need something like that, we simply buy it or get it somehow and use it. Because if we can`t harm anyone else with it, there`s no problem getting it. But when we think about firearms, we usually realize that it`s better not to get them so easily. Sure, there would certainly be many people among us who would like to buy a firearm, but there is also the issue of safety, which we must not underestimate. And since firearms are desired not only by law-abiding citizens, but also by criminals, it is logical that there are various restrictions that are intended to prevent the illegal use of weapons.
But what should people do who would just like to try out a firearm, and act as safely as possible? Is it fair that they still can`t get a gun, that they can`t have one often? Of course not. But the laws are what they are. And so it`s better not to allow the use of guns than to risk that criminals or someone who will cause harm with such a gun unintentionally, out of carelessness. And so people sometimes want a gun, but don`t get it.
But the fact that we can`t have our own gun in many cases doesn`t mean that we can`t use it at all. For those who intend to behave responsibly, there is still the possibility of shooting. But those in question have to know about it. And if they don`t know about it, they`re out of luck.
